Do your brushes work with Photoshop or any other software?
Sadly, no. My painting and drawing brushes are designed specifically for the Procreate app on iPad, and optimised for use with the Apple Pencil. The brushes are carefully crafted to take full advantage of the Apple Pencil’s pressure sensitivity, so using a different stylus may result in unexpected results, and you won’t experience the full capabilities of the brush.
The good news is that many of my Drawing Guide products include versions for Adobe and Affinity Designer as well. Be sure to check the “Software Requirements” listed on the right-hand side of each product to confirm compatibility.
I’m often asked if I can convert the brushes for other software like Adobe Photoshop, and the short answer is unfortunately not. The Procreate brush engine is far more nuanced and sensitive, allowing me to fine-tune settings for a superior, high-performance digital brush. In comparison, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator have more limited brush settings, making it difficult to achieve the same high-quality results.
