Is the Personalised Portrait Creator an app?

There’s often a misconception that the Personalised Portrait Creator is a plug-in, add-on or an app that needs to be installed or imported which can be the cause of most technical difficulties. 

The kit is not an app but rather carefully created documents so fortunately no installation or importing is required! 

Based on the software you are using (Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop) all you need to do is double-click on the files found in the corresponding folders for either Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. Don’t try and import or “install” the documents.

It's important to only open and use the files allocated for the software you are using, i.e only open files for Adobe Photoshop found in the Adobe Photoshop folder that have an extension .PSD or .PNG - the Adobe Illustrator files won’t work in Photoshop and vice versa.
