Why am I being taken to Dropbox to download my purchase?

Sometimes when you click your download link, it may take you to a Dropbox page instead of starting the download automatically. This can happen depending on your browser, device, or if you’re logged into Dropbox - but don’t worry, you do not need a Dropbox account to access your files!

How to download your files from Dropbox:

  • On desktop: Click the Download button in the top-right corner of the page. This will start your download immediately.
  • On mobile devices: Tap the three dots (…) and select Export → Save to device or Download.
  • Your files will then be saved to your device, ready for you to enjoy!

If you have any trouble downloading, make sure your browser allows downloads and isn’t blocking pop-ups, and remember that logging into Dropbox is not required to access your files.
