How will I receive my purchase after I order?

There are two ways to access your order, via email and your account.

1. Via Email 

Your order details and download link will immediately be sent to the email you used during checkout, you will need to be logged into your account to download the files.

IMPORTANT! Be sure to double check your email address for any typos when entering at checkout to ensure the purchase email reaches you – if you can't find your purchase email, try checking your promotions or spam folders.


2. Via your account

You can access your purchases anytime from your customer account. Here's how:

Login to your customer account and click the Orders tab.

Locate the order you'd like to download and click on the download button in the "Download" column - the download will start automatically.
