Can I sell a pre-designed logo to my customers in my online shop?
Yes! Bare in mind you need to create an Original Design*.
It's important to note that you may not supply source files to your customers or supply it in a format that allows for easy extraction. If your customers require the source files they would need to purchase their own licence for the graphics used.
The files need to be supplied flat – .psd, .ai, and vector-based pdf files are NOT permitted. If you would like to supply a .png file, you would need to ensure the design of the logo doesn’t allow for easy extraction of the original Resource.
*An Original Design is achieved by using the graphics (also known as the Resources) as part of a wider design and not stand-alone. By adding text, backgrounds, other design elements, and overlapping elements, etc., you can create a unique, original design and ensures that Resources cannot be extracted.
