What licence comes with the Procreate Brushes?

All my Procreate Brushes, Toolkits and Drawing Aids come with a Commercial licence often referred to as the "Add-ons" Licence. (Please note, this licence is different from the Graphics Licence, which covers my Graphics and Illustrations - compare licenses here).

There’s no need to purchase an additional licence to use the brushes in commercial projects. The single user licence included with your brush purchase on my website covers both commercial and personal use.

Licence overview:

You can:

• Use the brushes, textures and tools to create your own unique artwork, illustrations, and designs.
• Sell or licence your finished artwork (for example, on cards, prints, or digital products).
• Use the brushes, textures and tools to create and sell unlimited original artwork.
• Use the tools for both personal and commercial projects.

You can’t:

• Resell, share, distribute or copy the brushes, files, written material or any part of the collections and toolkits.
• Claim the brushes or tools as your own or make them available for others to download or use.
• Use the brushes, patterns, stamps or textures as-is – they must be part of a finished, flattened original artwork.
• Use the drawing aids (i.e. stamp templates) as-is – they must be used as a guide only to create new artwork.

In short…

As long as you’re creating your own original art and not sharing or reselling the tools themselves, you’re absolutely good to go!
